The first two test days for the engineers of the Master in Race Engineering 2019-20 were held on the i Vairano ASC track.

The Master in Race Engineering is a project of the University of Pavia focused to train the best track engineers, thanks to detailed lectures and practical experiences, like sessions on the track and on the simulator.

Skydrive is a partner of the Master since the first edition (2018-19) supporting on the track and with specific lectures, as well as making available the Avehil laboratory with its dynamic simulator. This is a further confirmation of how the simulator is now a fundamental tool for every engineer working in motorsport.

“We have reached the second year and, after the excellent results of last edition, we are day by day more motivated to work alongside these young engineers.- said Cristiano Giardina – All the girls and boys who finished the course last year have earned prestigious internships at a very high level.”

In fact “our” young engineers are following up the internship period with the start of regular working relationships in some of the most important motorsport companies in the world, such as the Formula One Toro Rosso team, the Prema Power Team (which covers all the categories from Formula 4 to FIA F2), YCom (leader in design and testing of racing cars), Maserati and Romeo Ferraris, confirming the excellence of preparation the Master has equipped the engineers with to grow into the world of work, and, specifically, into motorsport.
