Builders, not assemblers

We design and build the AVEHIL simulators in all their parts: concept, software and hardware. We NEVER assemble third-party components thus we never accept technical compromises that limit the customization of our simulators.

Virtualization method

To virtualize a car, it is necessary to start from the real one.
Therefor we first physically measure the car, then we instrument it and finally we analyze its dynamic performance and its behavior on the track.

Cost saving

AVEHIL has been designed considering team’s needs; restriction of costs of the final product is crucial in its design. AVEHIL costs 20-50% less than its competitors on the market.

Anti-sickness

The hexapod is a parallel machine ideal for reproducing the motion of an airplane, but not for replicating the “non-linear” dynamics of a car, hence we have designed a motion structure capable to overcome the limits that the hexapod likeabove all: cyber sickness.

Motorsport background

The AVEHIL staff comes from motorsport as technicians / managers engaged in teams in the most prestigious categories, F 1 included. We are a racing team and we know the needs of racing teams. On this basis we have developed every aspect of AVEHIL.

Interface – real driver

Chassis, steering wheel, pedals, dashboards (i.e. the interface between driver and vehicle) are always real and not reproductions.
